By accessing our website, creating an account, enrolling in a program, or purchasing any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our Services.
1. About MentorshipLab

Our programs may include Amazon FBA education, including Private Label, Wholesale, product research, sourcing, listing creation, product launches, advertising, PPC, brand growth, and related business strategies.
MentorshipLab provides education and mentorship only. We do not guarantee that any student will achieve a particular level of sales, revenue, profit, business growth, or financial success.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal permission of a parent or guardian, to purchase or participate in our Services.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, registering for a program, or making a purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
3. Educational Services
MentorshipLab provides educational information, strategies, demonstrations, examples, and guidance for informational and educational purposes.
Business results vary significantly from person to person. Your results depend on numerous factors, including your experience, effort, execution, financial resources, business decisions, market conditions, competition, product selection, advertising performance, and other circumstances beyond our control.
MentorshipLab does not guarantee income, sales, profits, rankings, business success, or any specific financial outcome.
Any examples, case studies, testimonials, revenue figures, or business results presented through our Services are illustrative and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of similar results.
4. Amazon and Third-Party Platforms
Certain MentorshipLab programs may teach strategies related to Amazon and other third-party platforms.
Amazon is an independent third-party company. MentorshipLab is not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon unless expressly stated otherwise.
Third-party platforms, including Amazon, may change their policies, fees, algorithms, requirements, programs, or terms at any time. MentorshipLab cannot guarantee continued availability, eligibility, or performance of any third-party program, feature, marketplace, or service.
Students are responsible for reviewing and complying with the current terms, policies, rules, and requirements of any third-party platform they use.
5. Payments and Purchases
All prices, payment terms, subscription terms, and available payment options are presented at the time of purchase.
By completing a purchase, you authorize MentorshipLab or its authorized payment processor to charge the applicable payment method for the amount shown during checkout.
You agree not to initiate unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals for legitimate purchases.
If you believe a payment was made incorrectly or you have a billing concern, you should contact MentorshipLab directly so the matter can be reviewed.
6. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy presented on our website and the applicable provisions of these Terms.
Only a limited number of refund requests are approved, and only in exceptional cases where we determine that sufficient and valid reasons have been clearly provided in the refund request description. All refund requests are subject to manual review and approval at our sole and absolute discretion.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by our full Refund Policy as outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
For full details, limitations, and governing rules, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Subscription and Renewal Payments
All subscriptions and renewal payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Failure to cancel a subscription prior to the billing date does not entitle you to a refund. Refunds will not be granted for lack of use, change of mind, or insufficient reason after accessing the content.
Where a subscription cancellation option is available, cancellation must be completed before the applicable renewal or billing date to prevent the next charge.
7. Course and Account Access
Course and program access is provided according to the access terms displayed at the time of purchase.
MentorshipLab reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue individual lessons, materials, features, instructors, or other portions of a program when reasonably necessary.
Access to educational content does not transfer ownership of the content to the student.
You may not share your account credentials or provide unauthorized access to another person.
MentorshipLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that account credentials, course materials, or other Services are being improperly shared or misused.
8. Intellectual Property
